My Background

Over an eleven-year period the preparation for my clinical work involved studies at the internationally renowned NHS Tavistock & Portman Clinic, London and theoretical seminars offered by the former Lincoln Clinic for Psychotherapy Foundation). Later I continued my studies at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships, London, where I was awarded the postgraduate Certificate in Psychoanalytic Couple Psychotherapy. Further studies and supervised clinical practice with couples at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships, led to the academic award of the postgraduate Diploma (with merit) in Couple Psychoanalytic Studies, accredited by the University of East London. As sexual difficulties can frequently be an area of concern and disappointment for many couples I later pursued a further program of studies leading to the academic award of the Certificate in Psychosexual Studies from the Tavistock Centre of Couple Relationships.
